Side by side Or miles apart, A good friend like you (Jack), Is always close to the heart

Somehow in this great big world I found my way to you My friend across the computer lines my heart, my soul, that's who.
You try to make me smile with the mail you send my way. You never fail to drop a line each and every day.
Whenever I have hurried home with something, I must share, I find it just so comforting that you are always there.
Encouragement you give me and a friendship that is true. I'm glad my soul while reaching out found someone like you...

You're... My friend, my companion, through good times and bad my friend, my buddy, through happy and sad, beside me you stand, beside me you walk, you're there to listen, you're there to talk, with happiness, with smiles, with pain and tears, I know you'll be there, throughout the years!

(Barbara) my friend Many years ago I fell in like with you And I'm still head over heels in like with you A further test of our friendship.... How many people could I say that to Without fear of being misunderstood?

I'd like to be the sort of friend That you have been to me; I'd like to be the help that you've Been always glad to be; I'd like to mean as much to you Each minute of the day As you have meant, old friend of mine, To me along the way. I'd like to do the big things And the splendid things for you, To brush the gray from out your skies And leave them only blue; I'd like to say the kindly things That I so oft have heard, And feel that I could rouse your soul The way that mine you've stirred. I'd like to give you back the joy That you have given me, Yet that were wishing you a need I hope will never be; I'd like to make you feel As rich as I, who travel on Undaunted in the darkest hours With you to lean upon. I'm wishing at this time That I could but repay A portion of the gladness That you've strewn along my way; And could I have one wish, This only would it be: I'd like to be the sort of friend That you have been to me.

Make new friends But keep the old One is sliver and the other gold
Circle round That has no end That's how long I want to be your friend!
