My poem is called My Gift and I wrote it for those times when you simply wanted to say thank you.
My Gift

Thank you for all you say
thank you for all you do
though the words of gratitude
maybe far and few-

You are a blessing
a gift from up above
you fill my days with cheer
and light up my life
with your love-

The sun shines bright around you
The clouds I never see
You are all things bright and beautiful
this world could ever be-

So look within my heart
and see the smile that you put there
from all the many ways you show
those around you
how much you truly care-
