The poem is called Timeless Love and it was simply written because at the time that was what i was feeling




Timeless Love

The tears I cry for you
you will never see
my prayers cannot sustain you
when our love could never be-

But timeless love is always yours to keep
as the breeze upon your face
if sanctity was ours
maybe another time or place-

As leaves that fall in winter
or ships that sail at sea
I will always carry you
for you are a part of me-

There could never be another
an angel just like you
my only sadness is
our time was so brief and few-
