There is nothing more precious
Than the miracle of life
You change into a mother
While still being a wife
Your husband?becomes a father
With his (son) (daughter) on his knee
There is nothing more rewarding
This is how it's meant to be.
A child completes a family
And there's nothing more to say
Except?to send you wishes?
Of ?joy and laughter?every day.

A hundred hearts would be too few
To carry all my love for you
A hundred years would be too short
For me to love you as I ought
A hundred 'thank you's won't convey
The joy you've given me today

Grow old with me, the best is yet to be.

I thought that love was just a myth
'Til the day that I found you.
We kept our?love a private thing,
A joy for just us two.

Life just couldn't get any?better, I thought,
But today has proved me wrong.
To hold you, and our baby, in my arms
Is the crescendo to our song.

I cannot tell you, darling,
How proud?I am today
For the love I have for both of you
Is more than words can say.

I never dreamt that you'd be mine.
My love for you has grown each day
And with these words I have to say
How happy and proud you've made me,
On the wonderful birth of our baby.

You came into my life
Expected, but still a surprise
There were centuries of wisdom
Looking out from your big blue eyes
I held you so tightly in my arms
Traced your fingers that were gently curled
Through tears of joy, I whispered quietly
My beautiful grandchild, welcome to the world.

?
WHERE did you come from, baby dear?
Out of the everywhere into the here.
?
Where did you get those eyes so blue?
Out of the sky as I came through.
?
What makes the light in them sparkle and spin??????????
Some of the starry spikes left in.
?
Where did you get that little tear?
I found it waiting when I got here.
?
What makes your forehead so smooth and high?
A soft hand strok?d it as I went by.?????????
?
What makes your cheek like a warm white rose?
I saw something better than any one knows.
?
Whence that three-corner?d smile of bliss?
Three angels gave me at once a kiss.
?
Where did you get this pearly ear??????????
God spoke, and it came out to hear.
?
Where did you get those arms and hands?
Love made itself into bonds and bands.
?
Feet, whence did you come, you darling things?
From the same box as the cherubs? wings.??????????
?
How did they all just come to be you?
God thought about me, and so I grew.
?
But how did you come to us, you dear?
God thought about you, and so I am here.?

Practice feeding?a 12-month-old baby.

Hollow out a melon. Make a small hole in the side. Suspend it from the ceiling and swing it from side to side. Now get a bowl of soggy Weetabix and attempt to spoon it into the swaying melon by pretending to be an aeroplane. Continue until half the Weetabix is gone. Tip the rest into your lap, making sure that a lot of it falls on the floor.?
