On the subject of email addresses, and forgive us if this is obvious, but many people treat their email address like a postal address where, historically, the local postie has forgiven the error and delivered anyway. Not so the email address. It is a precise piece of code and must be absolutely accurate. The local postie would read btopnworld.com as btopenworld.com or fsmail.nert as fsmail.net BUT THE COMPUTER ONLY SEES A WRONG CODE AND FAILS TO DELIVER

It's dead easy and exactly the same as if you were in your local supermarket. You'd look in your basket and remove anything you didn't want. So...
Go to "View Basket" and tick the "Remove" box next to each item you want to remove. Click on "update" and the item(s) will be removed. You'll know because you'll still be in "View Basket" and they won't.
